Getting your team on board to drive your changes forward
The day will be packed full of case studies, resources and small work groups aiming
to help you effectively deal with change.
New skills will be learnt including use of management tools such as Process flows,
project planning tools, Force field analysis, fishbone diagrams and effective
brainstorming.

Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days before the workshop. Delegates cancelling with less than 14 days notice will be offered a place on an alternative date, subject to availability. From time to time Health Courses & Careers Update need to reschedule a workshop. When this happens an alternative date will be offered at the time of re-scheduling.
