An essential development day for Ward Managers, Senior Staff Nurses, Therapists and other healthcare professionals with responsibility for managing a budget.

During the workshop you will:

  • Learn how to plan and present effective business cases.
  • Understand what you can and can't do with your budget.
  • Develop a costed business plan.
  • De-mystify accounting jargon.

This is a "hands on" workshop aimed at managers who need to develop practical finance management skills. It will be suitable for both managers new to budget management, and those with experience but in need of a refresher.

Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days before the workshop. Delegates cancelling with less than 14 days notice will be offered a place on an alternative date, subject to availability. From time to time Health Courses & Careers Update need to reschedule a workshop. When this happens an alternative date will be offered at the time of re-scheduling.
